It brings scheduling, nutrition tracking, weight management, and goal preparation together in one platform. The schedule is the centre — every meal, session, recovery block, work block, and reminder lives on your timeline.
Who is Atlas Tempo designed for?
Atlas Tempo is for anyone who wants to take their goals seriously — athletes, entrepreneurs, students, professionals, and everyday people who want more structure and consistency. Athletes (including combat sports practitioners) are a core use case and the features fully support competition prep, weight management, and training scheduling.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Atlas Tempo has a free tier that includes core scheduling, basic nutrition logging, and 30-day weight tracking history. You can upgrade to Pro anytime to unlock the full platform including AI meal generation, competition prep tools, and unlimited history.
How does nutrition tracking work?
You log meals from a personal library of foods you eat regularly. Atlas Tempo calculates your macro totals in real time — protein, carbs, fat, and calories — and visualises them against your daily targets. Nutrition entries appear directly on your schedule so you can see your entire day in one view.
When will Atlas Tempo be available?
Atlas Tempo is currently in development. We're building toward a launch on iOS and Android. Follow our progress at buymeacoffee.com/atlastempo to be notified when early access opens.
Which platforms are supported?
Atlas Tempo is a mobile app available on iOS and Android. The website you are on now is the marketing and information hub. A web-based account portal is planned for a future release.
How is my data stored?
All data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database with row-level security — meaning only you can access your own data. Atlas Tempo does not sell personal data and does not share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Annual subscription at any time from within the app. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
